Benodigde documenten voor een hypotheek in Spanje

If you buy a mortgage indication you have applied for, it will state exactly what documents are required with your mortgage application.

Consider the following documents.

Personal

  • Copy of passport in colour
  • BKR printout - request at www.bkr.nl
  • Copy NIE Number: Spanish Sofi number (may be provided later)

Income & expenses

  • Income tax return - recent two years
  • 3 recent pay slips or annual accounts for three years
  • Annual statement mortgage Netherlands or rental agreement
  • Last 6 months of bank statements showing credits and debits (where salary and mortgage or rent debit are visible)

Spanish home:

  • Statement of savings account - equity minimum 40%
  • Nota Simple of the property - extract from Spanish land register
  • Reservation contract - if available

These documents allow the banks to substantiate your financial situation. If you apply for the mortgage with a partner, all documents must be provided for both persons.
